Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% taxes.

2. Payment: Guarantee by credit card for Low and High Season, Full Pre-Payment for Peak Season.

3. Extra bed requirement will be apply for Deluxe room and 2 bed room family suite. (1Extra bed per room)

4. We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.

5. Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successful and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check in.

Cancellation Rules & Policy:

Cancellation and Amendment

Cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival for normal condition booking.

Booking under Non-Refundable condition will be levied 100% of the total value of booking.

No Show

In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night, except for Non-Refundable condition and the peak season (25-Dec to 5-Jan), No Show penalty will be charged at 100% of the total value of booking.

Refunds

Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the payment was charged. There is an administration fee of 10%, which will be charged on the refunded amount.

No Show & Early Check-out

In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night, except for the peak season, No Show penalty will be charged at 100% of the total value of booking.

Early Check-in

In the case of check in (after night audit and before) will incur an additional charge.

Early Check-out

Early Check-out with reasonable cause is possible but will incur a fee. The minimum early check out charge is one night.

Late Check-Out

Whether haft day/ full day charges levied is in accordance with the late check-out policy of the hotel.

Child Policy:

Child at the age of 4 – 11 years old, sharing the same room with parents without requiring an extra bed only pay for ABF Child @THB 150.
Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for at extra bed 800 baht.

Breakfast :

Breakfast is served from 6.30 – 10.30 am at Hilly's restaurant 12th floor. The breakfast is additional charge from room only at THB 300.-nett per person.
